I've played Lords of dust and bargain of blood and each time I get around 20-30 fragments per epic chest. The wiki says the average is 50-70 on BoB and 1 whole fragment on Lords of Dust. I've already ransacked the chest in lords of ... Even if it's only one token per run, if you have an lfm up asking people to pass, you should still be able to get 2-3 per run. Most runs take about 30 minutes, so it's still probably faster than trying to farm dailies. For the OP, my suggestion would be to do a run of dailies, then do a few runs of DA, asking people to pass you tokens.
