I can't figure out which fuse it could be. Over at f150forums I found a post for a 2015 F150 claiming it is fuse #5, 7.5 amp but according to my owners manual, there's no 7.5 amp fuses in either fuse box and none of them are labeled for blend door actuator (which I figured was a long shot it would have its own fuse).Ford F-150 2014 Fuse Box.
